Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed when the 30% deposit is received. The balance is due on the day of the tour and may be paid by card or in cash. Prices are per group, include VAT, and include fuel, tolls and parking.
Bookings paid in full online
Cancellation by you
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the start time, with the deposit refunded in full. Within 72 hours the deposit is retained. No-show without contact: the deposit is retained.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel for any reason, including vehicle failure or driver illness, you receive a full refund of everything paid. We will try to arrange an alternative vehicle first.
Delays outside our control
For layover tours we track your inbound flight. If a delay makes the tour unsafe for your connection we cancel and refund the deposit in full. For shore excursions, if your ship does not call at the port, you pay nothing.
Weather
Tours run in normal Dutch weather. In the event of a severe weather warning we will contact you the day before and offer a free date change or a full refund.
The vehicle and the group
Maximum seven passengers. Child and booster seats are provided free of charge when ages are given in advance. Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle. The driver may end a tour without refund in the event of abusive or unsafe behaviour.
What is not included
Entrance fees, food and drink, and gratuities. Gratuities are never expected.
Liability and law
We carry the passenger transport insurance required under Dutch law. We are not liable for missed flights or sailings where the cause is outside our control, which is why our schedules include buffers. Dutch law applies.
