Who is responsible

What we collect

• Name, email address and phone number, when you send a request.
• Tour date, group size, pickup address and any notes you add, because we need them to run the tour.
• Flight or cruise details, where relevant to timing.
• Payment information, which is processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

Why we hold it

To answer your request, run your tour and meet our legal obligations. The legal bases are the performance of a contract and, for invoicing records, a legal obligation.

How long

Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after 12 months. Booking and invoice records are kept for seven years, which Dutch tax law requires.

Who else sees it

Our payment provider, our email provider, and nobody else. We do not sell data and we do not share it with marketing companies.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address above and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising pixels. If analytics are added later, this page will be updated and a consent banner will appear before anything is set.
