Is the price per person or per group?
Per private group, never per person. What sets the price is the vehicle you choose. An eight-hour private tour starts at €575 in an E-Klasse or Tesla Model 3, €750 in the V-Klasse and €875 in an S-Klasse — and that figure does not change whether there are two of you or seven.
How many people fit?
Seven guests with day luggage. For larger parties we run a second vehicle and quote it separately.
How do I pay?
A 30% deposit confirms the date, paid by card or iDEAL. The balance is due on the day and can be paid by card or in cash to the driver.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the tour, with the deposit refunded in full. Inside 72 hours the deposit is retained. If we cancel for any reason you are refunded in full.
Do you pick up outside Amsterdam?
Yes — Schiphol, the cruise terminals at IJmuiden, Rotterdam and Amsterdam, and addresses in surrounding towns. A pickup far outside the city may add to the price, and we will tell you before you pay anything.
Are entrance fees included?
No. Windmill interiors, museums and garden tickets are paid separately. We keep them out of the price so you only pay for what you actually want to go inside.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, child and booster seats at no extra cost. We need the ages when you book so the right seats are in the vehicle.
Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
The vehicle is not a wheelchair-lift vehicle. A folding wheelchair fits in the luggage space and we can help with transfers. Tell us the situation and we will be honest about whether a route works.
What languages do you speak?
English and Dutch.
What happens if it rains?
The tour runs. If the forecast is severe we will contact you the day before and offer a free date change.
Can we change the route during the day?
Yes, and it costs nothing. That is the main thing you are paying for.
